How much of your business still routes through you?

You leave with this.

One working session. You talk me through how your business runs. I ask until we find the workflow still routing through you. Then I write the spec live, while you watch. No deck. No discovery call.

01The ScanThe readout updates live

Four workflows. All four routed through me.

Operations, sales, recruiting, delivery. The work below is what I removed, one system at a time.

Tap the ones that are still you. The readout keeps count.

Workflows flagged

No workflows flagged. The four cards above are the scan.

The worst one gets dissected live.
02The HourWritten live · Shared doc · Recorded

It gets written while you talk.

A working session. The document you saw above takes shape on screen, during the hour, in a doc we both have open. No PDF a week later.

A

You talk

You walk me through how the business actually runs. Plain words. No prep, no slides.

B

I dig

I ask until we find it. The one the scan above is pointing at.

C

I write

I write the AI Operating System spec in the shared doc while we talk. You watch every line land. When the call ends, the doc is yours. So is the recording.

03The VerdictsOne per workflow · No hedging

Every workflow gets a straight call.

For each workflow we touch, the spec records one of three verdicts. Picked on the call, written down, defended to your face.

Verdict 1

Automate it now

The process is stable and it's eating your hours. An agent can run it. The spec says how, in your stack.

Verdict 2

Fix it manually first

Automating a broken process gets you a faster broken process. The spec lays out the manual fix, then the handoff to the machine.

Verdict 3

Leave it alone

Some things aren't worth automating. I'll say so, in writing, and the hour goes where it counts.

04AboutBuilt for myself first

I run an agency. I spent the last year removing myself from it: operations, sales, recruiting, delivery. The spec you get maps the same kind of system I built for myself, on Claude Code and agents.

Refund
Cancel more than 24 hours ahead for a full refund. If I get on the call and can't help, I refund anyway.

Not for you if

  • ×You want a free discovery call. This is an hour of paid work.
  • ×You don't have a specific workflow in mind. The session needs a real one to dissect.
06After the SpecOptional · Separate

The spec is the scope.

If you read the spec and want it built: fixed scope, in your stack, $15k to $25k for most builds, quoted straight off the doc. No second round of discovery. That already happened on our call. The session is not a deposit on the build. Two separate products. Take the spec and build it yourself, or bring it back to me. Both are good outcomes.

07The LettersThe year, in writing

Read me before you pay me.

I wrote these during the year I was taking myself out of my own agency. The man you'd be paying is all in there. Free.

08The Refund PolicyIn large print · No asterisks

Cancel more than 24 hours ahead: full refund.

If I get on the call and can't help you, I refund anyway.

Why charge at all

Because $100 is the smallest filter for "you're serious and I'm serious." Free calls produce free advice. Paid calls produce real work. That is the whole pricing strategy. You just read all of it.

09The ReceiptItemized · No surprises

The hour, itemized.

Sixty minutes. The spec. The recording. Yours forever. The page you just read is the entire pitch.

Stripe checkout. You pick your time right after.
