Replaceability Index

A live product that scores how replaceable a job is. You tell it what you do all day, and it weighs the work against what agents can already run, then hands back the number and the reasoning. I built it because the question kept coming up in every conversation I had about my own company, and a number ends an argument faster than an opinion. It runs at replaceabilityindex.com, and it is the same thinking I bring to the session, pointed at a person instead of a workflow.

Lion MMA Fight Club

The first Client Engine installation: a fight gym in Bali. The site that sells it properly is live; the rest of the engine goes in around it. Real, named, checkable. Go click around it and try to find a dead end.

Project 03

The AI Operating System

The thing I build for founders whose companies can't run a week without them. In the session I write the spec live while you talk. If you want it built, it gets built in your stack, fixed scope, priced in writing before any payment. It is the same kind of system that replaced me inside my own agency: operations, sales, recruiting, delivery, each one handed to an agent one at a time. The session writes the map. This is what the map becomes.

The Letters

I write letters here. They are the record of the year I took myself out of my own company, the thinking before the systems, written plainly and given away. No paywall, no list required to read them. If you want to know how the guy you might hire actually thinks, this is the cheapest way to find out. Free.
