Q.01 Why $100?

It's the price of the session. Not a deposit, not a credit, not a sales call dressed up as a product. One hour of focused work on your business. If it's worth more than $100 to you, book. If not, don't.

You walk me through how the business runs. I ask the questions that surface the workflow still routing through you. I write the AI Operating System spec live, on a shared doc, while we talk. You leave with the doc and the recording.

Q.03 What does the build cost?

$15k to $25k for most. Scope and quote come off the spec, not a templated SOW. Timeline depends on the workflow and your stack. I quote it after you've read the spec, not on the session call.

Q.04 Do I need to know AI?

No. You need to know your business. I handle the model and the tooling. If you've never opened Claude or Cursor in your life, that's fine.

Q.05 Why paid instead of a free call?

Free calls produce free advice. Paid calls produce real work. The $100 is the smallest possible filter for "you're serious and I'm serious." It also means I have to deliver something worth $100 in 60 minutes — the only kind of call I want to run.

Q.06 Refund policy?

Cancel more than 24 hours before for a full refund. If we get on the call and I can't help you, I refund anyway. The $100 is for the session, not for showing up.
